Rite Aid Regional Offices
This multi tenant office building was constructed in 2008 to accomodate RiteAids regional offices. this 9,000 square foot, two-story office building located on Inverness Parkway in the heart of Birmingham's bustling "280 Corridor" offers great access to living, retail and other commercial offices.
Natural stone and brick veneer with architectural roof and casement divided-light windows provide a unique façade in a commercial corridor. The setting in natural wooded landscapes provides privacy while also having prominent elevation to Inverness Parkway.
Both floors are accessible to grade and concrete slab construction provides the solid feel that one would expect in a "Class A" commercial office. Flexibility in the floor plans is optimal due to structural steel design and no load-bearing walls.
