This facility developed as a design/build project while working thru site acquistion with the real estate broker. The 12 month project included pre-planning with the lender, property owner, municipal authority, architect and our client. The 12,000 sqft office is the primary location for Inverness Family Medicine with additional space for storage and tenants in the basement.

Cahaba Valley Crossings,

This 11,000 sqft two story facility is a brick and wood frame structure. Designed and constructed in 2001, it houses the dental offices for Dr. Ron Friday and Dr. Chuck Ellis on Hwy 119 and 280 in Hoover.

The Office of Dr. Weissman, DMD
Vestavia Hills, Alabama
Dr. Jeff Weissman's dental office took a more traditional approach. The plan/spec project was competitively bid and awarded to KFP, however, the project cost was extemely over budget. Working with the architect and owner, we reduced the scope, size and construction of the building in order to provide the owner a viable project that would still serve his needs. This facility has a stone and brick veneer and a wood, steel and metal stud frame construction. A copper standing seam roof accents the entry and the main roof is architectural shingle.
